Senior Services

People Inc.’s Senior Services division provides comprehensive case management through the ADvantage program, helping older adults and individuals with disabilities receive the care and support they need in their homes or community settings.

Our certified social workers and nurses are dedicated to helping members remain safe, independent, and connected to their communities.

What We Provide

Senior Services at People Inc. offers:

• Coordination and monitoring of home and community-based services

• Advocacy and support when working with service providers

• Consultation to identify service needs

• Ongoing evaluation of care and service appropriateness

• Educational programs for members and families

Behavioral Health Support

In addition to case management, People Inc. provides behavioral health services to elderly and disabled individuals. Services are delivered by licensed behavioral health professionals and may include support for:

• Clinical depression

• Drug or alcohol addiction

• Grief and loss (such as the passing of a spouse or loved one)

• Anxiety related to illness, disability, or functional impairment

These services can be provided in the privacy of the individual’s home or in a group setting.
